My services and packages can be tailored to each family’s specific needs and budget.
Pregnancy & Birth Support
Continuity of care; a wealth of pregnancy & birth knowledge and practical support from someone you know, trust & feel comfortable with.
- 3 visits during your pregnancy to get to know each other; prepare your birth preferences, address any fears you may have and learn and practice tools such as pain relief methods and exercises to help you maintain comfort and progress your labour (Optimal Maternal Positioning, Acupressure, Rebozo, Massage etc.)
- I provide phone and text support throughout your pregnancy to answer any questions you may have
- I’ll be on-call two weeks before your estimated due date until you give birth - and if you birth earlier I’ll do whatever I can to be there with you or arrange for another doula to be with you
- My attendance at your birth from when you want me join you till after your little one arrives. I will help keep you comfortable and feeling safe and informed regardless of what may arise during your birth.
- Optional loan of a TENS machine, use of my birth sling and access to my library of birth and pregnancy books
- A post-birth visit to debrief your birth and ensure that things are going well for you and baby

Postpartum support
Feel cared for, nurtured and supported during your early weeks of parenthood…
The nature of my postpartum support will vary depending on your needs - my support is practical and emotional. It may include:
- Birth debriefing- Feeding support- Bathing support- Settling support and tips- Discussing any concerns, supporting you around these concerns- Caring for your baby while you have a rest or bath- Light housework and meal preparation- Helping with siblings- Resources and referrals to support servicesI aim to leave you feeling restored and confident in your parenting after each postpartum visit.
